Brief introduction:

We can provide various shapes and sizes of driver's consoles according to customer requirements and drawings, for high-speed rail trains, urban rail vehicles, light rail vehicles, subways or locomotives.

The driver’s operating console mainly adopts a fiberglass countertop and aluminum alloy cabinet structure. The material of the countertop is molded 6mm thick fiberglass (FRP). Fiberglass is a laminated material composed of a coated surface, fiberglass reinforcement, and a layer of polyester resin. This fiberglass is acid and alkali resistant and suitable for relevant washing solutions. The fiberglass countertop also has good properties such as compression resistance, tensile strength, waterproofing, acid and alkali resistance, and wear resistance. We can design different styles of driving surfaces based on customer’s trains and their specific requirements.

The main body of the driver's console cabinet frame is made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy profiles, and the connecting part is made of 5083-O aluminum alloy. Aluminum alloy material has undergone anodizing treatment, which does not deform after welding, and has sufficient mechanical strength and stiffness, flatness and verticality, which can effectively support the countertop.

Cabinets can generally be divided into three types: left cabinet, middle cabinet, and right cabinet. The side panels and door panels have good flatness and appearance quality. Each door is firmly installed, rotates flexibly, and the natural gaps are uniform and beautiful.

The driver console we produce has the following characteristics:

1. It can meet the requirements of complex streamline surface modeling and coloring;

2. It has high strength and reserves installation interfaces for various instruments and equipment to meet the installation requirements of electromechanical equipment on the console;

3. High fire resistance, meeting the safety and fire protection requirements of rail vehicles;

4. Easy installation and be harmony with the other interiors of the driver cab;
